Sasha's Parenthood

In other news, not related to Powerpuff Teens month. I'm interested in finding the creator of Sasha.

This OC was the main one used by , but since he had many adoped OCs I assume that Sasha was once an adoptable as well. Thus I'm interested in finding whoever was that originaly cretaed her.
Why? Cause I want to keep this girl for myself, I  wouldn't like that to happen if the character belongs to someone out there.
So, if anyone knows about her origins I would like to know.

What If I get to keep her? Well, she won't be much seen here, not like I use my own OC a whole lot, but I got a few of ideas for her... and some are for my PIXIV...

So yeah, Sasha was  OC, and now I have already started to use her.
